These terms cover booking on this website. Your hire itself is covered by the rental agreement you sign during booking.
Prices
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Rentals are charged per 24 hours from pickup.
Payment and bond
Rentals are paid in full by card when you book. A refundable bond is held on a card at pickup and released after the vehicle has been returned and checked.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. After that, the first day’s hire is non-refundable.
Shuttles and transfers
Shuttles and transfers are quoted per trip. A quote isn’t a booking until we’ve confirmed it with you.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
